Aaron studied a family called the Mayfairs in NewOrleans, because his organization had believed the Mayfairs to be witches. Hedevoted his life to the story of the Mayfair witches, and his organization hadcompiled a history of the Mayfairs since the days of the 17th centuryinquisition in Europe. As he watched Michael and Rowan from the corners ofdarkness, he intervened their lives to enlighten their knowledge of Rowansfamily historyand its dangerous potential.
